What’s covered by a pre-burial plan?
A basic prepaid cemetery plan includes the right of interment in a particular cemetery space, the opening and closing of a graveside at a time of need, and a Memorial Headstone. Unlike other real estate purchases, when you purchase a gravesite, you are buying the rights to be buried in that spot, the cemetery property itself is held in the entity, Pajaro Valley Memorial Park.
We also offer optional advance purchases, such as:
- Memorial Headstone: A memorial headstone (flat) is an important part of a final resting place. Usually made of granite or bronze, a headstone serves as a lasting remembrance and tribute to a loved one's life.
- Graveside: You can purchase the right of interment in a particular cemetery space, when you purchase a gravesite, you are buying the rights to be buried in that spot.
